Consulting Services On July 1, 2008 I opened the I.T. Department in South Anchorage. The I.T. Department provides full technology services and support for small and mid-size businesses.
The office is located on the corner of Jewel Lake Road and Dimond Boulevard, in the Northrim Bank Building.
We specialize in the design, setup, and maintenance of server-based computer networks for a variety of businesses, including the hospitality industry, medical and law offices, and the service sector.
We provide 24 hour monitoring of your servers and critical business services. We offer online backups to our secure in-house servers. We provide helpdesk support to our clients, including 24 hour support for those businesses that never close.
We adhere to a philosophy of proactive maintenance and montoring, to assure maximum uptime for your systems and uninterrupted access to your data. If your business is not quite ready for your own full-time I.T. person, then The I.T. Department is just for you. |
